When did you start working for Volvo Cars Poole?

I’m very new to the business having started as a Sales Specialist in July this year but I’ve been working in the industry for the last 3 years with other well-known brands, so I have lots of experience.

What encouraged you to move to Volvo Cars Poole?

Volvo is a premium brand that stands out in the automotive industry with is safety features and environmental components. I wanted to work for a company and brand with a great reputation and to hopefully progress to be a Transaction Manager in the future.

What’s been your favourite experience whilst working in the automotive industry? 

I really enjoy everything to do with the sales process from the initial enquiry to the handover day when the customer collects their car, so it’s hard to pick a favourite moment as there are so many.

What’s great about working for Volvo Cars Poole? 

Being in sales is exciting, I like the whole ethos of the company and how well everything flows between all the departments here.

What’s your favourite Volvo?

For me it’s the XC60 for its size, space and smooth ride.

Tell us something interesting about yourself? 
I recently got married out in Majorca. There were 34 of us in the wedding party and it was surprisingly easy to organise. The day was amazing and everyone enjoyed themselves.

I’ve also played the drums since I was in secondary school and was fortunate enough to do a little tour out in Germany a few years ago. I absolutely love it but haven’t played for some time now due to being too busy but hopefully I’ll get to in the near future.
