Meet the Team at Volvo Cars Poole: Brennan, Sales Support Specialist
Have you ever wondered who was behind the scenes ensuring the seamless transition of your Volvo from arriving on the transporter to being handed over to you? That would be Brennan, Sales Support Specialist at Volvo Cars Poole.
An Insight into Daily Operations
Brennan’s role stretches over multiple areas of the business, so no two days are ever the same. From supporting the management team in ensuring our customers receive the best experience possible, to managing and arranging the preparation of new and used cars on site – Brennan is a crucial part of our Sales Team. Having attended the Volvo Training at the Training and Development Centre in Daventry, Brennan is now a fully accredited Sales Support Specialist.
A Key Support
His favourite part about the role is being able to support the team and make the day-to-day run smoothly. He also enjoys how flexible his role is, meaning he still has plenty of time as a Cadet Force Adult Volunteer outside of work!
What Made Brennan Choose Volvo as a Brand
Having an interest in cars, Brennan always noticed the cars driven by his colleague who worked for Volvo Cars Poole. This sparked his interest in pursuing a career in the motor trade, and more specifically with Volvo, as the brand represents safety, family values, and adventure without sacrificing power or performance.
Brennan’s Favourite Volvo Model
Brennan’s favourite Volvo model is the Volvo XC90, specifically the Volvo XC90 B5 AWD MHEV in Denim Blue with the Dawn Leather interior when asked why Brennan said ‘The Volvo XC90 not only keeps you safe but makes you feel it too. It has such a nice presence on the road and with the new facelift, it takes it up a notch to sit up with other market leaders and turns heads’
‘The best feature on this is the Pilot Assist by far. It enables you to have another layer of safety. It also has a Radar on the front which in the event of sudden braking the car can take over and safely stop, or if the car calculates it needs to then avoid the whole potential collision altogether’.
