Volvo Cars Poole partners with Lighthouse, Poole’s centre for the arts
Volvo Cars Poole is delighted to announce a new partnership with Lighthouse, Poole’s centre for the arts, celebrating the launch of the pure-electric Volvo C40. As part of the partnership, the electric crossover model was on display at Lighthouse between Thursday 7th and Saturday 9th April.
Lighthouse’s vision is to be the leading arts centre in the South West of England. It is a well-established venue with an excellent reputation for being a place to experience, enjoy and take part in a diverse high-quality arts programme. We are pleased to support Lighthouse to help ensure that it continues to provide access to brilliant, world class cultural experiences and facilities for its audiences and the wider community.
Tom Shallaker, Lighthouse Fundraising Manager, said: “Electric cars are the future of motoring and with sustainability at the heart of everything we do at Lighthouse, we’re excited that the support of Volvo Cars Poole will help focus attention on environmentally friendly ways of travelling to the theatre.”
The innovative Volvo C40 offers a range of 273 miles on a single charge, is 100% free of leather, takes just 37 minutes for a 192-mile charge and comes with Google built-in. If you are visiting Lighthouse this weekend, be sure to look out for the car outside the main entrance.
