Volvo National High Achiever winners for a second time

Poole Accident Repair and Volvo Cars Poole were thrilled to receive the Volvo National High Achiever award for the second time. The High Achiever Award measures a number of key performance areas for vehicle repairs for both Volvo-approved body shops and Volvo retailers. These areas include customer service levels and quality of repairs.

Brian Singer and Louise Middleton from Poole Accident Repair, and Leanne Ledger from Volvo Cars Poole, were delighted to accept the award from Steve Plunkett Volvo Body and Paint Development Manager. Steve commented: “Competition was fierce, with Volvo Cars Poole & Poole Accident Repair battling it out with other top contenders before they finished top. I am delighted to present them with the national award.

“It is vitally important that we recognise the valuable work being carried out by our Bodyshop partners, all of which are an extremely valuable asset to our brand.
