From Thursday 5th November, due to Government guidelines, our showroom will be closed. We currently expect to reopen on Wednesday 2nd December. However, in the meantime we are pleased to be able to facilitate the sale and collection of a New or Selekt Approved Used Volvo during this time, through our “Click & Collect” process.
Rest assured, we can still provide you with the full Volvo Cars Poole experience, including bringing you a coffee! Let us know your preference and we'll arrange to have a drink delivered to your home ready for your virtual appointment.
Our simple Click & Collect process
- Get in touch with us either by phoning 01202 065555, enquiring on our website or social media, or emailing email@example.com
- Book your appointment and let us know what drink you'd like and we'll take care of having it delivered to you. We'll need 24-hours notice to place your order.
- We will be happy to assist with your requirements and demonstrate cars remotely over the phone, by email, or via a video call.
- As well as helping you find the perfect Volvo, we can talk you through all finance options and create a tailored quote.
- If you choose to make a purchase, we will complete all paperwork remotely, and arrange a contactless collection to let you view and get behind the wheel of your new Volvo as soon as possible.
Don't forget, our service department will remain open as usual throughout November and December for all your servicing, repair, and MOT requirements.
